These terms govern your use of Restore, including public-record lookup, watchlist alerts, restaurant accounts, provider accounts, marketplace workflows, billing, and advisory services.

Use Of Restore

You may use Restore for lawful restaurant compliance, remediation, advisory, and marketplace purposes. You may not misuse the service, scrape it at abusive rates, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use Restore to harass, spam, or mislead restaurants or providers.

Public Records And Guidance

Restore organizes public agency records and operational signals. We work to make the data useful, but public datasets can lag, contain errors, or change without notice. Restore is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not replace official agency guidance or licensed professional advice.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or data has been misused.

Provider Marketplace

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, licenses, qualifications, quotes, and work. Restaurants are responsible for choosing providers and validating scope. Restore may monitor claims, reveals, and workflow activity to reduce spam and protect marketplace quality.

Billing

Paid plans, advisory services, provider plans, invoices, and custom work are billed according to the plan or scope presented at checkout or in the written quote. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Limitation Of Liability

Restore is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Restore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by public data errors, agency changes, provider performance, downtime, or user misuse.
