Terms of Service

Effective September 5, 2026

These terms govern restorecc.io and Restore's public-record lookup, accounts, alerts, provider marketplace, paid compliance reviews, monitoring, and advisory services. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to them.

Eligibility, Accounts, and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep credentials and MFA devices secure and promptly report suspected misuse. You may not obtain unauthorized access, evade payment or limits, upload malicious content, scrape abusively, resell restricted leads, misrepresent licensing or identity, harass users, or disrupt Restore.

Public Records and Guidance

Public datasets can lag, contain errors, and change without notice. Restore is not a law firm and does not guarantee an inspection grade, hearing result, penalty reduction, or agency action. Confirm material decisions with the relevant agency or qualified professional.

Compliance Records Reviews

A paid review covers the written scope shown at checkout or in a proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the delivery period begins after cleared payment and receipt of reasonably requested records. You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful evidence. Reports are for your internal business use and may not be represented as an agency approval or legal opinion.

Subscriptions and Monitoring

Recurring plans and monitoring renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting billing@restorecc.io; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed or canceled payments may suspend paid features. One-time reviews are charged once.

Refunds

Before work begins, you may request cancellation of a one-time review by emailing billing@restorecc.io. After research, analysis, or report preparation begins, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Restore agrees otherwise. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected. Subscription fees already earned are non-refundable except where required by law.

Marketplace

Providers are independent businesses, not Restore employees or agents. They are responsible for profiles, licenses, insurance, quotes, and work. Restaurants remain responsible for selecting and contracting with providers. Restore may review activity for safety and marketplace integrity but does not guarantee provider performance.

Your Content and Restore Materials

You retain ownership of lawful content you submit and grant Restore a limited license to process it to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Restore owns its software, design, ranking logic, templates, and branding. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service and purchased reports for internal business purposes.

Availability and Liability

Restore is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, public-data errors, agency changes, provider performance, or outages. Restore's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid Restore during the preceding 12 months or $100. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Termination, Law, and Changes

You may stop using Restore at any time. Restore may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or nonpayment. These terms are governed by New York law, and disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in New York County unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes will be posted and notified when required.
